Initially the glass is deep sandblasted to achieve a relief look. Afterwards we heat it in a melter to 800°C and cool it down regulated. Thererby the back side of the glass receives an individual structure which is not influencable, which means each glass is unique. Because single-pane safety glass loses its features by exceeding the transformation temperature (535°C), we manufacture relief melted glass for the production of doors after the furnace process into single-pane safety glass. In this way the special unicums still meet the safety standard.
As long as glasses in different shapes and colors have the same expansion coefficent, it is possible to merge them. The fusing technique allows us to combine any colors. This process is also combinable with glass painting.
